It's time to reconnect with your body and learn to move efficiently and feel good about your training with a sustainable strength and conditioning programme designed to make you stronger and fitter regardless of your busy schedule. Sick of going to the gym and doing the same only thing? Do you want some variety in your training? Do you want to learn how to squat, deadlift, and do yout first pull-up safley? Do you need a programme to imprve you posture, build incredible strength and increase your overall fitness? These are all things you can expect to gain if your workout contains the essential components TSTM are about to share.

If you're not shooting for competitive sport, what are your training goals and motivations? Is it really about the weights on the bar or how fast you did a workout, or is it something more meaningful?  Is fitness a part of your lifestyle?  Do you want to be training well into your 30’s, 40’s and even 50’s.  Our goal is to help you build and sustain a degree of strength and function for your future health and longevity.

The Sustainable Body includes functional bodybuilding movements, tempo movements, injury prevention movements (pre-hab), and energy system training to keep your cardiovascular system fit and healthy. The programme asks for four days per week of training for around 60 minutes at a time.

Who is Sustainable Body for?

The Sustainable Body program is for individuals with at least two or more years of gym training under their belt. They know how to read a training plan and have the motivation to stay on track. It’s perfect for very busy people who find it hard to get to group classes and train the bang-for-your-buck exercises that really deliver results.  It’s also ideal for those looking to tone up, move well, improve strength, and to be challenged by their training. If you know your way around a gym and you're in need of a little guidance, this is the perfect program for you.

What about scaling?


We will do our best to provide scaled versions of the more advanced exercises. Our aim to is keep you moving without risk of pain or injury. We will not be prescribing weights for the movements on purpose. We want you to learn how to move well, find the load that is challenging but allows you to maintain perfect lifting form. We are here to support you on your journey, so feel free to reach out and contact us.

What about nutrition?

As with any training program, the results are only as good as the lifestyle that supports it.  If you need help with your nutrition, supplements, sleep or lifestyle, please contact TSTM for a separate nutrition consultation.

What happend once I purchase the programme?

Our coaches will setup a user account for you on TrueCoach. We will contact you to ask what date you would like to start training so we can then add The Sustainable Body Programme to your TureCoach Schedule. Please allow a minimum of 48hours for this to take place.
