A Program Built For You.

If you’ve got specific goals, past injuries, or just want more support, this is the most personalised way to train.

You’ll start with a full assessment and get a custom program based on:

  • Your body

  • Your schedule

  • Your experience

  • Your lifestyle goals

What’s Included:

  • 🔹 Custom training program (2–4+ days/week)

  • 🔹 1-on-1 support via TrueCoach (reply within 24 hours)

  • 🔹 Upload videos for form feedback

Pricing:

  • 1 day/week: $100 AUD/month

  • 2 days/week: $200 AUD/month

You’ll get access to our proven team programming (2, 3 or 4 days/week) delivered in TrueCoach—plus access to the Midlife Mavericks Fellowship where you can share wins, ask questions, and stay accountable.

Each 6-week phase focuses on:

  • Building functional strength

  • Supporting joint health

  • Improving body composition

  • Training for life—not just looks

What’s Included:
