I began training with Anthony over two years ago, with a specific idea in mind about what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to train. Refusing to let mere pregnancy slow me down I continued training through pregnancy, until the birth of my daughter. Anthony has structured my training programs which have been flexible and adaptable to fit in with my upturned lifestyle, fitness levels and goals.
Anthony's mobility programming has helped me be more disciplined with mobility, and as a result has helped improve my range of motion, reduce tightness and stress in my muscles and joints, while continuing to workout at a high intensity. When I first started, I was having pain related problems with my right knee due to tightness and while it rears its ugly head every once in a while depending on my workouts, the occurrences have greatly reduced to less than once a month.
