That moment became my rite of passage.
I left the hustle, moved back to the coast in Australia, and began a journey of true healing—working with functional medicine practitioners, studying with the Kresser Institute, and learning how to rebuild my body and mind from the inside out.
That shift gave me back my health. But more importantly—it gave me clarity. A new sense of direction. A deeper purpose.
Now, through Midlife Mavericks and my coaching work, I guide other men through the same transition:
From burnout to balance. From disconnection to strength. From Warrior to King.
This work isn’t about perfection. It’s not about rigid rules or pushing harder.
It’s about reconnecting to your body, your values, your purpose—and building a lifestyle that supports the man you’re becoming.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring strength training, mastering handstands, spending time in nature with my family, or nerding out on research and fantasy novels.
I believe midlife isn’t a crisis—it’s a rite of passage. And every man deserves the tools, support, and brotherhood to walk through it with strength.
So here’s your invitation.
If you’re ready to reclaim your health, your confidence, and your clarity— I’d be honoured to guide you through your next chapter.
Hi, I’m Stretch—Coach, Father, Midlife Maverick.
If you’re a man in midlife, and life feels like a grind—you’re not broken. You’re standing at a crossroads.
You’ve worked hard. You’ve pushed through. You’ve carried the weight for your family, your work, and your future.
But now, something feels off.
The energy isn’t there. Your body doesn’t bounce back like it used to. The stress, the sleep, the motivation—it’s all wearing thin.
You might be wondering:
“Is this just how it is now?” “Shouldn’t I feel more confident, more in control, more... alive?”
I’ve been there too.
Despite owning a thriving gym in London and working with high performers and elite athletes, I hit a wall. Burnout. Insomnia. Leaky gut. A constant state of stress that no supplement or training plan could fix.
I was living the Warrior script—fight harder, push more, never stop.
But it wasn’t sustainable. And it wasn’t who I wanted to be.
