DAY 11- BANANA AND NUT BUTTER

In Italy it’s tradition to have “merenda”. Possibly my favourite meal of the day, every day at around 4 pm I would have a tiny cup of tea with more sugar than I’m allowed to quantify here and a whole packet of biscuits.

I still love my afternoon snacks. For this Paleo reset challenge I’m treating myself to bananas (not my first choice of fruit usually) with nut butter, preferably crunchy almond or cashew.

Ingredients:

1 Ripe banana

2 tsp nut butter of choice

It pairs well with a game of chess and some cork forearm rolling after doing handstands.
