(One-hour assessment + personalised program design.)

After 4-6 weeks, we review your progress and build the next phase of your training.

Program Review & Next Phase $250

2. Face-To-Face Personal Training:

One-on-one coaching in the Byron gym.

Current introductory rate: $100 per session

(Regular price $120 coming in 2027.)

3. Online Coaching

Structured strength programming with coaching support from anywhere.

Ideal for:

  • experienced trainees

  • flexible schedules

  • remote clients

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Video technique reviews

  • Ongoing coaching feedback & program updates

Monthly Investment:

2 sessions/week — $200 / month

3 sessions/week — $300 / month

4 sessions/week — $400 / month

Scheduling Policy

Your training times are reserved exclusively for you.

Sessions changed with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled within the same week where availability allows. If an alternative time is unavailable, the session may be converted into a programmed independent training session.

Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited.

Memberships may be paused for planned travel with a minimum of 7 days notice, in full-week blocks.
