During your session, we’ll assess key movement patterns across your whole body, including:

  • core strength and trunk stability

  • squat and lower body mechanics

  • hinge patterns (deadlift movement)

  • single-leg strength and balance

  • mobility and joint control

  • pushing and pulling patterns

  • shoulder stability and function

This gives us a clear picture of how your body currently performs.
