This is a structured 60-minute session designed to understand how your body moves, where your strengths are, and where limitations may be holding you back.

During your session, we’ll assess key movement patterns across your whole body, including:
core strength and trunk stability
squat and lower body mechanics
hinge patterns (deadlift movement)
single-leg strength and balance
mobility and joint control

shoulder stability and function
