We’ll look at how your body moves, where you may be limited, and what exercise options are likely to suit you best. This is not a random workout. It’s a structured assessment designed to give you more clarity around your training.

2. Personalised 2, 3 or 4-Day Training Program

After your assessment, you’ll receive a training program built around:

  • Your goals

  • Your current training level

  • Your movement ability

  • Your training preferences

  • Your available schedule

3. Exercise Selection Around Your Body and Goals

Your program will be designed to help you train with more confidence, better structure, and less guesswork. Instead of copying random workouts or choosing exercises that may not suit you, you’ll get a plan that matches where you are now and where you want to go.

4. Video Demonstrations for Every Exercise

Every exercise in your program will include a video demonstration so you know exactly what to do when you train.

5. Guidance on Movement Limitations and Training Priorities

You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what may be limiting your training and what areas deserve more attention. This may include mobility, strength, control, exercise technique, or better progression.

6. Coaching From an Experienced Strength Coach

You’ll be working with Stretch Rayner, a professional strength coach with over 15 years of coaching experience helping people build strength, muscle, confidence, and sustainable training habits.

How It Works

Step 1: Complete Your Pre-Assessment Form & Book Your Session

Fill out a short pre-assessment form so I can better understand your goals, training history, current limitations, and what you want from your training. You’ll then choose a time to complete your in-person Strength & Movement Assessment at Byron Gym.

Step 2: Complete Your Strength & Movement Assessment

During your 60-minute assessment, we’ll look at how your body moves, identify potential limitations, and determine which training approaches and exercises are likely to suit you best. This gives us a clear foundation to build your personalised program around.

Step 3: Receive Your Program & Start Training With Clarity

You’ll receive a personalised 2, 3 or 4-day training program complete with exercise video demonstrations and guidance around your training priorities. You’ll now have a clear, structured plan built around your body, goals, lifestyle, and training experience.
