I'm a online personal trainer and health coach who has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2010.
I'm a father of one, and I want to stay in shape and live a long, healthy and happy life.
But there was a time in my lat 30's where my health started to go backwards.
I was a gym owner working with a business partner I couldn’t trust. I ran classes, delivered PT sessions, managed the business, wrote a tone of programs, was in a relationship, and was overtraining.
Trouble sleeping, chronic stress, gut issues, low libido and mood swings were just a few of the signs that I was burnt out.
It's a common story for a lot of people in midlife.
Something had to change.
It forced me to re-think my values and realign my actions.
I sold my gym business, moved back home to Australia, enrolled in a 12-month health coaching program, worked with a functional medicine practitioner, and prioritised my health, happiness, and longevity.
It was a life-changing moment that taught me a lot.
