I get it. I am a Type 1 Diabetic.

I believe Type 1 Diabetics can safely exercise without the fear of hypoglycaemia.

So, I created The T1D Edge: an 8-week program that aim to build lean muscle mass, to teach you how to confidently manage your blood glucose levels around training and ultimately give you a sense of control.

It's very empowering.
