Many of my clients that come to me find themselves concerned that their treatments and rehab exercises with the chiro, physio, massage therapist, acupuncturist provide temporary relief but doesn’t really get to the problem. This can leave them feeling confused, tired and frustrated to not have found a sustainable solution to their physical problems.

I believe that we shouldn’t have to accept our pain as a consequence of old age, wear and tear or any other “part of life” reasonsings. Nor should we have to rely on others and break the bank on expensive treatments and operations to feel our best. 

I understand how it feels to lose hope and patience with mainstream therapy advice. After retiring from professional tennis my passion for physical movement and performance led me to explore new disciplines such as gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, strength training and rock climbing. This is when daily physical pain and discomfort became the norm. I simply developed a body capable for the movement demands of tennis, but none of the other activities. As a result I also spent many years relying on others such as chrios, physios & massage therapy to keep me pain free until I found a solution that allowed me to take ownership of my body and regain my independence. Since then I have never felt better than ever before.

Both physical pain and injuries can often be tied to a movement problem, and I am a firm believer that providing a movement-based solution is more effective in the long run to addressing the root cause of the problem. How can you work with me?
